Land Use Alternatives
How would you like South San Francisco to look in 2040?
Take a moment to review primers, land use alternatives and implementation strategies for the city and four planning sub-areas before the Citywide and Planning Sub-area Workshops. Take the surveys to provide feedback on vision, land use alternatives and implementation strategies for South San Francisco. Surveys will go live starting July 13th and will close by August 28th.
What are land use alternatives? Land use alternatives test different land use and urban design patterns, help us understand the trade-offs between the alternatives, help us make informed choices about the future, and pivot towards the policies and implementation mechanisms needed to make these happen. We tested these six big ideas in the alternatives.
